p.1
This monitoring visit
This visit was arranged to address specific concerns received by Ofsted.
p.1
This monitoring visit
The monitoring visit focused on leaders and managers because they are operating outside of their conditions of registration and statement of purpose by looking after children who are aged under 16 and are the subject of court orders. This is a failure to operate within the conditions of registration and The Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023. Inspection report for supported accommodation provider – monitoring visit: Angel UK Care Supported Accommodation Service The provider’s statement of purpose does not reflect the expansion of the service or the rapidity of this since registration. The nominated individual and registered service manager do not have a register of children. This does not enable the nominated individual or service manager to have to hand the required information, such as the dates of every child’s admission or the child’s address, immediately before being accommodated in the premises.
p.1
This monitoring visit
Ofsted continues to monitor this provider and are making further enquiries with the placing authorities of the children who have lived and continue to live in the provider’s properties.
