Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 5 July 2024, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding, child protection, safeguarding policies and procedures, safeguarding training, suitable people, smoking and vaping, supervision of staff, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, staff:child ratio, food and drink, accident or injury, information and record keeping, complaints and changes that must be notified to Ofsted.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 5 July 2024, 7 August 2024 and 9 August 2024 we carried out regulatory telephone calls. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken some action to put this right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider had removed some staff members with lead responsibilities for safeguarding children and provided some additional training.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration on 5 July 2024, because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 28 August 2024, the provider informed Ofsted that they wish to resign their registration. This was before we were able to complete all of our enquiries in relation to the concerns identified, due to lead agency investigations. This setting is no longer registered with Ofsted, although we continue to monitor the ongoing suitability of the registered persons.
