Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 20 February 2024, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. Furthermore, the provider failed to notify Ofsted of new household members. The provider also failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event and involvement with other agencies, which is a requirement of their registration.

Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration on 20 February 2024, because we believed that children may have been at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.

Summary of outcome
On 4 April 2024 , we carried out another regulatory visit. The provider had responded to the actions set. The provider ensured that children's outdoor play spaces were safe and suitable and outlined her plans for children's outdoor play opportunities. However, during the regulatory visit, we found a new area of concern. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage.
p.1
Summary of outcome
In relation to the new concern, on 15 April 2024, we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the action below within the timescales set out. Action needed by 9 May 2024:

p.2
Summary of outcome
On 9 May 2024, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had obtained a valid paediatric first-aid certificate.
p.2
Summary of outcome
On 13 May 2024, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. The provider now understands their duty to report changes and significant events to Ofsted. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
