Summary of outcome
If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 10 August 2024, the provider notified us of an incident that had happened. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event. In addition to this on 12 August 2024, we received concerns regarding the incident that the provider had notified us about.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 August 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has introduced new procedures for supervising children when transitioning them to different areas of the nursery. Staff are all having additional training on these procedures, and more frequent headcounts have been introduced.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
