Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundationstage-framework. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 6 August 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found the provider had taken appropriate action to improve their mobile phone policy and procedure, to ensure children's safety. The provider has organised additional training for staff to ensure they fully understand their roles and responsibilities, and has begun to provide support to individual staff to improve their practice. Leaders have supported staff to develop their understanding of their role as a key person. The provider has begun to take steps to improve staffing arrangements so that these meet the needs of the children more effectively. There have been improvements made to the types of food provided to children, and staff are beginning to support children to develop a better understanding of health and hygiene with regards to food. The provider has arranged training for staff, to develop their understanding of identifying and minimising potential risks and hazards. New systems for recording children's attendance have been implemented.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
