Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 29 February 2024, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We carried out regulatory telephone calls on 1 March and 18 March 2024. We found that the provider was not meeting the requirements in relation to staff qualifications. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure that the manager holds an approved qualification at level 3 or above, and that at least half of all other staff hold a qualification at level 2.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We monitored the action taken by the provider to meet this notice on 28 March 2024. We found that while they had attempted to recruit qualified staff, they had not taken sufficient action to meet the notice. We issued a further welfare requirement notice. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
We monitored the action taken by the provider to meet this notice on 9 April 2024 and carried out an inspection. The action had not been met. The inspection report will contain further information about this. Following the inspection we suspended the provider's registration because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We carried out a monitoring visit on 29 April. At this visit the provider had taken action to meet some of the actions set but not all. For example, they had recruited staff with relevant qualifications, but had not fully inducted those staff to understand their roles and responsibilities. They had taken action to address the risks relating to fire safety. The provider supplied Ofsted with further information regarding action taken to reduce the risk of harm, including training they had given staff in appropriate handling of children. They had taken appropriate action to address the matters that led to the suspension and the suspension was lifted on 3 May 2024.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We carried out further monitoring visits on 8 May 2024 and 23 May 2024.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We found that that provider was not meeting further requirements. We issued a further welfare requirement notice. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.2
Summary of outcome
We carried out a further monitoring visit on 10 June 2024. At this visit the provider continue to monitor the provider's compliance with the notices served. The provider had met the notices issued following the visit on 23 May 2024. The staff all have required checks in place and the provider is implementing risk assessments to ensure that children are not left in the care of staff whose suitability has not been assured. The provider is continuing to work towards meeting the notices issued following the inspection on 9 April 2024 but has not met them all. For example, they have ensured that all staff understand how to recognise and refer safeguarding concerns about children, but the programme for supervision of staff is not yet fully embedded. Additionally the key person system is not fully in place. The provider has not met actions raised around learning and development to meet children's learning
