Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 27 June 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that staff, including leaders, have received safeguarding training to develop their understanding of child protection processes, including the steps to take if an allegation is made. The provider has put processes in place to ensure staff have the qualifications, skills and knowledge needed for their roles, including how to support children with their emotions. The provider has improved their staffing arrangements, so that they prioritise deploying suitably qualified staff to improve the supervision of children. In addition, there is now a named deputy manager in place. The provider has taken steps to improve their support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), to help children with their development.
