Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

n improve the procedure for responding to verbal concerns and complaints, including the associated record keeping of the outcome. On 05 July 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions. We found that the provider had responded to the actions set.
p.1
Summary of outcome
All areas of the nursery are now thoroughly clean and hygienic and new cleaning rotas and hourly checks have been implemented to ensure this standard of cleanliness is maintained. Staff have received further training in behaviour management and are using this knowledge to support children's behaviour effectively. Support plans for children with SEND are now being implemented and children are benefitting from quality interactions with staff. Nappy changing areas are tidy, clean and hygienic and the provider has plans to even further improve the changing area for toddlers. Training in understanding risk assessments has taken place for staff and this training has been implemented. For example, cleaning products are now stored securely out of reach of children. The policy and procedure for responding to verbal concerns and complaints has been improved, with a clear two-step process in place to respond to any concerns the provider may receive.
