All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 20 June 2024, during a call to the provider, they confirmed they had shared relevant information with the appropriate safeguarding agencies to meet the safeguarding and welfare action due on 20 June 2024. On 8 July 2024, we carried out a further regulatory telephone call. The focus of the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions due by 3 July 2024, raised at their last inspection. We found the provider had reviewed and improved their knowledge of local safeguarding procedures. New processes are in place to support and monitor the practice of all staff. A robust risk assessment for outings is now in place. The provider has improved the systems for gathering information about children's pre-existing injuries and ensured that all staff have a thorough understanding of their responsibilities in keeping information about children who attend the nursery confidential. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding
