Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 20 June 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. The focus of the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions due by 14 June 2024, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had liaised with relevant agencies and now has a thorough understanding of their responsibilities in keeping children safe. On 4 July 2024, we carried out a further regulatory telephone call. The focus of the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions due by 1 July 2024, raised at their last inspection. We found the provider had reviewed and improved safeguarding procedures which are now robust. Training has been provided to all staff to improve how they support and manage children's behaviour. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
