Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 20 March 2024, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The outcome of the inspection was inadequate with enforcement. Following the inspection we served a welfare requirements notice on 27 March 2024. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 18 April 2024 we conducted an unannounced visit to the nursery to monitor the notice and found the setting is temporarily closed. On 2 July 2024 we conducted a regulatory telephone call to discuss the notice with the provider. The provider states there are some plans in place to improve aspects the provision for when the setting re-opens. The next step will be a full inspection.
