Summary of outcome
On 21 May 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions which were needed by 17 May 2024. We found that the provider had met one of the actions. They had improved their key person arrangements by finding out about children's individual needs, so that these could be supported more effectively. The provider had not met the remaining actions set in the welfare requirements notice. Additionally, we found new areas of concern. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage. In relation to the new areas of concern, and the unmet actions, we served another welfare requirements notice on 24 May 2024.

Summary of outcome
On 10 June 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions which were needed by 4 June 2024. We found that the provider had stopped using any assistants. She had improved her knowledge and understanding of possible signs that a child may be being abused or neglected. She was able to demonstrate that she would contact local statutory safeguarding services should she have concerns about a child's welfare. The provider had obtained records in relation to each child in her care and was able to outline the things which must be notified to Ofsted. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
