Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 30 April 2024, the provider notified us of an allegation against a member of staff. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any allegations of serious harm or abuse by anyone living, working, or looking after children at the premises.

Summary of outcome
On 14 May 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider had followed the correct procedures for reporting allegations and had taken reasonable action in response to the allegation. We found that the provider had secure systems in place for checking the suitability of staff who work with children, including robust vetting processes. However, we also found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that required the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
