Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 April 2024, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 June 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had implemented safeguarding policies and procedures, which are in line with the guidance and procedures of the relevant Local Safeguarding Partners, to keep children safe. These include the action to be taken when there are safeguarding concerns about a child. The provider has trained all staff to understand the safeguarding policy and procedures. Staff now all have up to date knowledge of safeguarding issues. The provider and the designated safeguarding leads have attended training that enables them to identify, understand and respond appropriately to signs of possible abuse and neglect. The provider has implemented effective measures to ensure leaders and staff obtain relevant information and maintain records to ensure the safety and needs of all children are met. The provider has ensured that staff training supports them to devise and implement an ambitious curriculum for all children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
