Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 13 June 2024 we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge of the appropriate steps to take should they have a concern about a child in their care. They are aware to maintain appropriate records about concerns they may have about children, sharing these with all those with a right to view them. The provider has appropriate public liability insurance in place and is aware of how to ensure that anyone working on the premises is suitable to do so.
