On 30 May 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.

Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures and now fully understands their responsibilities. Inductions with all new staff have been completed. There is a clear induction procedure for staff to follow. Supervisions have been completed with all staff, this helps them to identify areas they can improve their practice. Improvements to risk assessments have been made. Staff complete regular checks of the environment and thorough checklists have been created. Leaders have completed training on SEND and individual plans for each child have been updated and shared with keypersons.
