Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 8 May 2024, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 June 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit and a regulatory call. The focus of the visit and the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 June 2024, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities in overseeing the provision. The provider ensures staff understand how to share information with other agencies involved in children's care. They know how to provide Ofsted with information to check the suitability of committee members. The provider has put in place supervision and support for all staff, including those who are new to their roles, so that staff understand how to fulfil their roles and responsibilities and raise the quality of teaching. They ensure staff gain all required necessary information about children at the setting. The provider has implemented routines to ensure parents receive communication about children's learning and care including how this can be supported at home. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
