p.1
Information about this inspection and main inspection findings
This was an unannounced emergency standard inspection visit commissioned by the Department for Education (DfE). This inspection visit followed the school’s material change inspection in September 2021, which found that the school did not meet the independent school standards relevant to the material change in Parts 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8.

Information about this inspection and main inspection findings
This incomplete inspection started in November 2021. The inspection team was not able to complete the on-site evidence-gathering activities on 17 November 2021 due to reasons beyond their and the school’s control and accordingly it was not possible to undertake a full assessment of the evidence gathered.

Information about this inspection and main inspection findings
An emergency inspection of the school was carried out in November 2023, commissioned by the DfE. There were no pupils or staff in attendance when inspectors visited at that time. The emergency inspection of November 2023 is the subject of a separate inspection report.

Information about this inspection and main inspection findings
It has not been possible to gather additional evidence and undertake a full assessment of the evidence to complete the inspection because the school was temporarily closed for an extended period from November 2021 onwards. This means that no judgements could be reached and we were unable to determine compliance against the independent school standards. The school formally closed on 21 February 2024 and has been removed from the DfE’s register of schools.

Compliance with regulatory requirements
