On 31 May 2024, the provider notified us by email of the improvements made. This includes, maintaining children's safety on outings by, for example, increasing headcounts and ensuring children are constantly supervised at all times. Ensuring that children eat in suitable hygienic facilities. Ensuring nappy changing routines are followed outside of the home to maintain good hygiene and privacy. The provider has reviewed and increased risk assessment procedures, including being more vigilant in adhering to recommended age guidance when children use play equipment.
