Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 17 May 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit and found that the provider was not meeting the requirements in relation to implementing an effective risk assessment that ensures childrens safety both indoors and outdoors. Also, to provide completed records of all children attending to ensure the needs of the children are met. In addition to complete a daily attendance record of children attending to ensure ratios are met and to support children's safety. Furthermore, to demonstrate sufficient understanding of safeguarding and how to always promote childrens safety. We also sought information from outside agencies.
