Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 27 March 2024, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 13 May 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take. In addition, we found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event, which is a requirement of their registration. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure risk assessments are effective in identifying risks in the nursery environment and take swift action to remove or minimise risks to children, this specially refers to broken radiator covers, plastic bags and antiseptic wipes stored in low-level cupboards and rugs that pose as a trip hazard.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 29 May 2024, the provider responded to the action that was set. We found the provider had taken appropriate action to fix broken radiator covers; they had removed hazards presented to children and secured a rug to the floor to help prevent tripping hazards. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
