p.1
This monitoring visit
Following the full inspection, Ofsted served a notice to suspend the registration of the home. This notice was issued with immediate effect on 25 January 2024.
p.1

The purpose of this visit was to monitor the suspension notice and any action taken by the provider to address the shortfalls identified at the full inspection.
p.1
This monitoring visit
Since the last inspection, the provider has taken steps to review and implement new monitoring and review systems. This will enable leaders and managers to review daily care practices and identify any areas of concern. Inspection report for children’s home - monitoring visit: 2719899 2 A comprehensive induction programme has been introduced. There are now clear expectations for staff around the procedures in place and the quality of care they will provide to children.
p.1
This monitoring visit
Risk management plans and templates have been reviewed by a senior leader and managers. The new plans will provide staff with clear actions and strategies to keep children safe and reduce the risk of harm. This will ensure that staff are clear on the expectations of them.
p.2
This monitoring visit
A consistent staff team has been identified to work in the homes. The new staffing arrangements will include a deputy and two team leaders to support the manager. This will improve the oversight in each setting. Staff have individual development plans that will be used to identify their development and training needs.
p.2
This monitoring visit
Since the last inspection, the provider has taken steps to ensure that the environment is free from hazards and is clean. Children’s bedrooms have also been decorated.
