Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 17 May 2024, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has taken effective action to ensure that staff receive confidential supervisions to enable them to feel supported in their role. Whole team staff meetings have been held to improve staff's understanding of the actions to take if ratios are not met. Leaders now make sure there are always enough staff to ensure that children's needs are met and are safe. Furthermore, leaders have recently recruited additional qualified staff to the nursery. The key person arrangements have been better organised so that all children spend time with staff who know them well. Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is more effective. Staff are given time to implement children's support plans to meet their needs. Risk assessments have been implemented successfully and confidential information has been securely stored.
