Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 29 November 2023, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 18 December 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider has taken appropriate steps to ensure that people who work with children understand how to protect children from harm. The provider has reviewed training opportunities and is taking appropriate steps to address weaknesses in practice and to manage children's behaviour appropriately. The provider has reviewed and improved arrangements for staff deployment. The provider has taken steps to inform parents of changes to people who work directly with the children. The provider ensures that emergency exits are unobstructed and has taken appropriate steps to ensure that assistants understand the procedures to follow in an emergency. However, the provider does not ensure that risk assessments are effective. We have therefore served a further welfare requirements notice. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. Actions needed by 8 January 2024:

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 January 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. We found the provider has improved risk assessment processes to minimise or remove risks to children's safety. On 17 May 2024, the provider notified us of their wish to resign their registration. Consequently, they are no longer a registered childcare provider.
