Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 21 February 2024, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. We received information that indicated that a child had sustained an unexplained bodily mark.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 17 April 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had taken appropriate action to address this concern. The provider has undertaken an investigation into the concern. They have held further discussions with staff regarding the expectations of how they deploy themselves and supervise children. Leaders have carried out further monitoring of staff practice, to ensure that they continue to adequately supervise children. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. Ofsted are satisfied with the action taken by the provider. The provider remains registered with Ofsted.
