Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 8 February 2024 and 14 February 2024, the provider notified us about two significant incidents. The notifications mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 April 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider has reviewed their understanding of the procedures for risk assessments, to ensure that staff are deployed to meet ratio requirements and that children are supervised effectively. The provider has improved their knowledge and understanding around routines to ensure that children are only released into the care of individuals who parents have notified the provider of. They have provided staff with supervision, training, and support to ensure that they understand and follow these routines, to maintain children's safety and welfare.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
