Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 26 January 2024, the provider notified us of an incident. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider to look after children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 March 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that all staff are provided with appropriate induction to understand their roles and responsibilities and that procedures are in place to ensure all those working directly with children are suitable to do so. We also found that the provider failed to notify Ofsted of a change to the manager, which is a requirement of their registration.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
