Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 8 March 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We found that the provider had arranged training for staff to support them to meet children's individual needs better, in their role as key person. The provider had reviewed and improved staff deployment so that staffing arrangements meet the needs of the children more effectively. The provider had arranged training and support for staff with regards to supporting and understanding children's behaviours. Staff have been reminded of the latest government safety guidance regarding placing babies to sleep and the importance of always following this guidance. The provider had provided training and support to staff, to help them develop their understanding of risk assessment processes, so that they identify and minimise or remove hazards more consistently.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
