Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 22 September 2022, we received a notification from the provider. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any serious accident, illness or injury, or the death of any child while in their care.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 27 September 2022, we received additional concerns from other agencies. We suspended the provider's registration because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allowed time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 January 2023, the provider appealed the decision to suspend registration to the Health, Education and Social Care First-tier Tribunal. The Tribunal heard the appeal and did not uphold it.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 12 July 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. On 28 July 2023, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed.

Summary of outcome
The provider has reviewed the recruitment procedures and has implemented robust systems to ensure practitioners will be suitable to work with children.
