Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 February 2024, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 14 February 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. On occasion, the provider has been leaving her assistant in sole charge of children. However, this assistant did not have a valid first-aid qualification. This meant that for a short period of time, children were cared for by an adult who may not have had the most up-to-date first-aid knowledge and skills. We have issued action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Summary of outcome
ensure at least one person who has a current paediatric first-aid certificate is available at all times when children are present, this specifically refers to those occasions when an assistant is left in sole charge of children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
