p.3

outstanding

Children enjoy a comfortable and relaxed home environment. The home is well presented. The manager and staff ensure that the environment is safe, with measures taken to ensure that children are supported to be independent considering their impairments, sensory and learning needs. The children’s bedrooms are personalised and reflect their personalities and interests. They are suitably furnished with space for children to relax and play. This has significantly helped children to be increasingly independent and to move around the home more easily.

p.4

p.4

outstanding

Safeguarding arrangements are rigorous and notifications concerning serious incidents are rare. Staff receive regular safeguarding training that is specific for children with complex needs, alongside mandatory training, and they understand their responsibility to always safeguard the children.

p.4

outstanding
