Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 17 January 2024, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions in the inspection report within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 February 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met two of the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had taken steps to ensure the premises was suitable for children and action had been taken to minimise any risks to their well-being. They had reviewed all information and potential concerns regarding children's well-being and taken the appropriate action.

Summary of outcome
On 23 February 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. They had also taken steps to train all staff to be able to fulfil their safeguarding and child protection responsibility.
