Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundationstage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 December 2023, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The report and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice on 20 December 2023. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 16 January 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider has attended training and improved their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and welfare procedures. The provider now has a better understanding of their responsibilities to meet children's individual needs, including supporting their behaviour in an appropriate way. The provider has reduced risks in the environment and improved their supervision of children to reduce accident and injuries. They understand the importance of keeping records of any accidents and injuries that children have in their care and promptly sharing this information with parents. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
