p.1
Summary of outcome
On 15 January 2024, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has taken steps to improve leaders and staff understanding of safeguarding policy and procedures, so that they now know the processes to follow if allegations are raised about a member of staff. Staff have undertaken training to develop their awareness of the importance of only using positive and appropriate methods when managing children's behaviour. The setting's policies and procedures have been revisited by leaders and staff to ensure that confidentiality is maintained for both children and staff when required. Leaders are now aware of their responsibility to notify Ofsted within the required time period of relevant matters.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
