Summary of outcome
On 16 January 2024, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider responded to the actions set. They had taken steps to improve the key person arrangements to ensure all children have their needs met. In addition, they had also improved the use of supervisions to provide staff with the support and coaching they require to promote the interests of children. We also found they had taken action to improve staff's knowledge of how to manage children's behaviour. The provider had also taken action to ensure any persons on the premises who have contact with children, understand their roles and remains suitable. Staff knowledge of safeguarding had also improved.
