Staff support children to access all that the after-school club has to offer. Younger children play alongside older children, who wait patiently as the rules of a game are explained clearly. Children are enthusiastic as they work together to help staff to organise the Christmas party. They lead activities to make a Christmas tree and personalised wrapping paper. Staff celebrate children's achievements and children proudly show their friends what they have made.
