Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 19 October 2021, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
An application was received from the childminder to apply to register 50% of her time to an outdoor provision. Through the application the childminder disclosed information which suggested there had been a change to her health. All childminders must notify Ofsted within 14 days of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the childminder to look after children. This includes changes to health. Ofsted had not been informed of this significant event, which is an offence.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We completed several telephone calls and visits to the childminder. Through our investigations, we also found that the childminder had moved address and had failed to notify Ofsted of this event, which is also an offence.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We have completed new checks on the childminder and found that she continues to be suitable. We have not taken any further action on this occasion but will use this information should the childminder fail to notify Ofsted of any significant events in the future.

The childminder is still registered with Ofsted.
