Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 18 December 2023, the provider notified us that a child was left at the local school for a short period of time. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 3 January 2024, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The childminder has reviewed her safeguarding and collection from school policies and had focus meetings with her assistants to ensure these are understood and carried out. The childminder assigns an adult to all the children and double checks her headcounts between leaving the school and arriving home.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
