We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures and now fully understands their responsibilities. They have delivered more training to staff, including a video, to ensure staff fully understood the requirements of the role they play to safeguard children. Further training for those staff who are designated safeguarding leads has been booked. Staff have undergone supervisions to ensure they all know the appropriate procedures to follow, should they have concerns about children in their care.
