p.1
Summary of outcome
On 22 November 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the welfare actions raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found the provider had met some of the safeguarding and welfare actions but not others. The provider has purchased a new registration certificate so that this can be shared with parents. There are now appropriate records in place for minded children, to support the safe management of children's welfare needs. Children now have access to a sufficient range of age-appropriate activities to support their engagement. The provider has removed risks in the bathroom and has improved some hygiene measures. Although the provider has made some attempts to improve the cleanliness of the premises, this is not yet consistent in all areas. The home and garden environments still contain some hazards. The provider has plans in place to minimise these and is not currently using the garden. Although the provider knows how to manage accidents and share these with parents, processes for keeping written records of accidents are not yet in place.
p.1
Summary of outcome
During the visit the provider notified us of their wish to resign their registration from the early years register. We have accepted the resignation.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We have re-issued actions in relation to the provider's registration on the compulsory and voluntary parts of the childcare Register. We will monitor the provider's compliance with these actions.
p.2
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted on the compulsory and voluntary parts of the childcare register.
