Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 28 September 2023, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 9 October 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. Including that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a change to their address, which is a significant event and is a requirement of their registration. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We suspended the provider's registration on 12 October 2023 because we believe children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 23 October 2023, the provider appealed against the suspension. The suspension remained in place while the Health, Education and Social Care First-tier Tribunal heard the appeal.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The appeal was considered by the Health, Education and Social Care First-tier on 9 November 2023 and was dismissed.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We would have suspended the registration for a second period, from 23 November 2023, while we implemented steps to cancel the registration. However, the provider requested on 20 November 2023 that Ofsted resign their registration. The provider is no longer registered with Ofsted.
