Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 14 November 2023, we carried out a monitoring visit. We found that the provider had recruited a new member of staff to deputise in the manager's absence. They had ensured sufficient risk assessments were in place so that unauthorised persons were unable to enter the premises. They had reviewed their induction training and ensured all staff had a suitable knowledge of safeguarding procedures and measures to support children with allergies. They had carried out additional criminal record checks so that the suitability of all staff has been checked. Finally, they had worked closely with external professionals and put arrangements in place to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
