On 27 September 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions. We found that the provider had made some of the required improvements. She explained how she had begun to review and update her policies and procedures, including in relation to safeguarding and the administration of medication. The provider has taken steps to ensure that the required records are in place and described how she will ensure that these were maintained and accessible.
