Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 19 September 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event that may affect their suitability to look after children. The provider also failed to notify Ofsted of an allegation against a member of staff. These are requirements of registration.
p.1
Summary of outcome
During the visit, we also found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We found that not all evacuation routes were clear for children and staff to exit safely in an emergency. However, leaders took action to rectify this before the inspector left the premises. We also served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 1 November 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at the last visit. All designated safeguarding leads have received the required training to fulfil their roles. Furthermore, all nursery staff have received child protection training to support their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding issues. Leaders have introduced measures to review staff knowledge of the setting safeguarding policy and procedures. Leaders now ensure that staff know they are expected to disclose any convictions, court orders, reprimands and warnings that may affect their suitability to work with children. Leaders have reviewed risk assessments and introduced daily safety checks to help keep children safe.
