Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 26 September 2023, we received concerns that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 9 October 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of significant event, which is a requirement of their registration. We also found the provider was not meeting two other requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has improved their procedures to ensure children's safety when they are on outings. The provider has also amended her policy to ensure that all information is retained for a reasonable period of time after children have left the provision.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
