Summary of outcome
On 29 September 2023, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their risk assessment procedures and removed or minimised potential hazards. Areas used by children had been organised effectively to enable children to have their personal care needs met appropriately. The childminder had communicated with parents to ensure she is able to meet all children's individual needs and help younger children to settle. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
