Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 September 2023, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The report and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection we served a welfare requirements notice on 19 September 2023. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On 02 October 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had attended appropriate training to improve their safeguarding knowledge. They had also taken steps to support the whole staff team in understanding the safeguarding reporting procedures to follow. We found that the provider had improved their processes so that staff do not have unsupervised contact with children until sufficient suitability checks have been completed. We found an improved programme for staff supervision had been implemented and that management had also improved their own understanding around changes that are notifiable to Ofsted. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
