Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 August 2023, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 14 August 2023, the provider notified us of a linked matter relating to children's safety and welfare. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the early years foundation stage welfare requirements, to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of a person who is in regular contact with children on the premises where childcare is provided.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 31 August 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting one of the requirements. We have issued an action for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.1
Summary of outcome
n ensure leaders and managers are confident in their knowledge of local safeguarding partnership expectations and are able to make a timely referral when necessary.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider has responded to the action raised to confirm appropriate safeguarding arrangements in place. We are satisfied with the action taken by the provider.
