On 21 September 2023, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has taken steps to implement new procedures for staff to undertake robust risk assessments to prevent any child leaving the premises unsupervised. In addition, there are named staff responsible for each child attending who ensure children are supervised at all times. All staff have received training to ensure they are fully aware of their responsibility of when and whom to inform should they have a concern about a child's welfare.

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
