Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1 August 2023, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The overall effectiveness of the provision was judged to be inadequate. The inspection report sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Following the inspection we served a welfare requirements notice on 10 August 2023. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 22 August 2023, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had implemented new procedures to ensure staff understand policies and procedures, in particular what action they would take in the event of an allegation and the safe use of mobile phones. Leaders have scheduled frequent meetings, training opportunities and devised individual staff development plans. In addition, the introduction of daily audits now ensures that all requirements are met and this includes effective risk assessment arrangements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider has ensured that all staff have an enhanced criminal records check. Furthermore, the qualification and ratio requirements are now adhered to all times through the introduction of a weekly deployment rota. Records to confirm staff's suitability are easily accessible.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Arrangements to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities have been strengthened and staff are undertaking appropriate training.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
